Allied Importers USA’s 2025 Portfolio Tasting
It was a great honor and exciting opportunity for Hôebeek to be part of this year’s Allied Importers Portfolio Tasting — a standout industry event held at The Arches in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. With more than 250 attendees from across the food, beverage, and hospitality industries, the evening brought together an impressive lineup of global wine and spirit producers, offering a dynamic showcase of flavor, craftsmanship, and innovation. Surrounded by esteemed colleagues and passionate professionals, we were proud to stand alongside some of the most celebrated names in the industry for a night dedicated to connection, discovery, and celebration.
As one of the featured liquor brands at the event, Hôebeek was excited to share our complete trio of flavors — Chocolate, Vanilla, and Coffee. These are the heart of what we do: smooth, balanced, and expressive liquors designed to offer both versatility and richness. Throughout the evening, guests visited our table to sample each flavor, and it was clear from the reactions that they resonated with the crowd. Whether enjoyed neat or imagined in future cocktail creations, our liquors sparked conversations, compliments, and genuine curiosity from seasoned professionals and first-time tasters alike.
In addition to tastings at our table, Hôebeek was proudly featured behind the bar as part of a specialty cocktail menu curated by Allied Importers. Two standout creations stole the spotlight. The Hôebeek Choco Mocha — a luxurious blend of our Chocolate liquor with Alida Tequila and Cointreau — offered a decadent, dessert-inspired drink that many called a “must-try.” Equally loved was the Allied Martini, a refreshing and elevated take on iced coffee made with Hôebeek Vanilla, Misceo Coffee Liquor, and cold brew. Guests lined up to try both, often returning for a second or third round. Seeing our liquors enjoyed not only in tastings but in expertly crafted cocktails was a meaningful affirmation of their versatility and appeal.
